Returns accepted within 30 days of the order date with original packing slip. Unused , unopened merchandise in original packing receives 100% credit (excluding shipping). Shipping Policy

However, if an order is shipped to an incorrect address or returned to the K Mo Baby due to guest error, a refund will be issued for the item(s) purchased only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
