Return Policy
Returns accepted within 30 days of the order date with original packing slip. Unused , unopened merchandise in original packing receives 100% credit (excluding shipping). You are responsible for return shipping fees. Items with quality defects can be returned for a full refund-contact us within 1 week of receipt. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to appear on your card.
Shipping Policy
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We validate all shipping addresses prior to shipment. However, if an order is shipped to an incorrect address or returned to the K Mo Baby due to guest error, a refund will be issued for the item(s) purchased only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
